Ready to change lives through literacy? Literacy Outreach is seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to lead the recruitment, training, and support of our amazing volunteers and adult learners. You’ll build strong community partnerships, organize impactful learning programs, and help adults gain essential literacy skills.

What you’ll do:
• Recruit and support volunteers and learners
• Coordinate classes, workshops, and tutoring sessions
• Match students with tutors and track progress
• Maintain accurate records and support outreach events

What you bring:
• Passion for education and adult learning
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• 4-year degree in Education preferred
• Must be able to work some evenings/weekends
