Experiential Workshops, Field Trips, and More!

Bring learning to life in our experiential workshops. Each offers our students a great opportunity to practice their vocabulary and make new connections through interactive workshops and field trips out in the community.

All our activities are designed to help learners strengthen relationships and expand their knowledge of the place they live, all while learning empowering skills.  Don’t miss our next event. Join our mailing list for upcoming workshops and more.

Which class format is right for you?

One-On-One, In Person, or Online

Ideal for students who may have a unique schedule, particular goals in mind, or just prefer an individual learning approach. Students and tutors are expected to commit to at least three hours per week for a 6-month period. A core textbook and a dictionary are provided for both students and tutors.

Small Groups

An opportunity to practice speaking and understanding English in real-time with a small group of 3-5 learners at your level. Group learning helps build social skills, confidence, and accountability—all while having fun!

Ongoing Experiential Workshops

Don’t miss an opportunity to bring what you’re learning to life. All of our hands-on, interactive workshops and field trips offer our students a great opportunity to practice their vocabulary and make new connections.

Past classes and workshops have ranged from cooking and gardening to heart health, first-aid and more.  We’ve held clothing exchanges and taken field trips to “Jazz in the Park”, toured the CDOT offices at Glenwood Canyon Tunnels, harvested produce at Highwater Farm, and more.
