Meat pie, fruit pie, cream pie and more! Learn to make the perfect crust for your dream pie. On Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 10:00 – 2:00 p.m. Local food safety experts, Carla Farrand and Deb Martin, will be teaching participants the secrets to making perfect pastries just in time for the holidays. Taste lots of variations of pies and take home one pie. All proceeds benefit Literacy Outreach. Cost is $55 per person and lunch is included. Class size is limited so be sure to call very soon.
